SERVICOM is an acronym for ‘Service Compact with all Nigerians’ and is a Federal Government initiative to improve the quality of public service delivery in Nigeria.

The Barau Dikko Teaching Hospital SERVICOM Unit was first inaugurated in 2018 and reactivated 2021 in compliance with this directive. The Unit is dedicated to ensuring the provision of services in a timely, fair, honest, effective and transparent manner.

The SERVICOM Unit is committed to implementing the SERVICOM Service Charter which promises quality service delivery, enables demand for rights to good service and provides recourse when service delivery fails.
